Previous customer service experience preferred.
Broadway Plaza is now accepting applications from friendly self-motivated individuals with customer service experience for the available Concierge Supervisor position. The Concierge Supervisor maintains a welcoming, familiar environment, and is focused on company values to provide a high level of personal customer service to our guests, retailers and employees. Duties include: Providing leadership to the guest services team, corporate sales of gift cards, assisting Broadway Plaza retailers and guests, selling gift cards, collecting information, tracking trends, handling money, participating in mall events and working to maintain an environment that appeals to all retailers, guests and community partners. Training and signature uniform provided. Health, dental and retirement benefits are available to full time employees. This is a full time position.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate (both written and verbally) in English. Bilingual a plus!
