Broadway Plaza Guest Services:
The Broadway Plaza Management Office is located on the second floor, adjacent to the 5-Level Main Street Parking Structure. Representatives may be reached from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Broadway Plaza offers 24-hour professional Security for our stores and guests. Broadway Plaza Security serves as goodwill ambassadors to the shopping center. Security will provide transportation for a guest in the Security vehicle to any point on the property or to the guest's vehicle. The Security Office is located adjacent the Main Street Parking Garage, on the second level, facing the garage.
All members of the Security team are trained in First Aid, CPR, and are AED (Automatic Electronic Defibrillator) certified.

Lost & Found
Contact the Security Office anytime, day or night, for an item that has been lost or misplaced in the common area of the shopping center. Call (925) 943-2037. If an item is lost in a store, the store will retain the item as lost and found. Contact the store where you think you may have lost or misplaced the item.
Broadway Plaza guest parking is available in the Main Street Parking Garage and in the South Broadway Parking Garages on both the Nordstrom and Macy's sides, 7 days a week.
Valet parking is available for $8 on Broadway Plaza Street. SMS Valet, the first fully ticketless solution, is now available. To use, simply check in at our valet to receive your Welcome Text, then skip the line and request your vehicle via text. Your car will be ready for you when you arrive at the valet stand.
Broadway Plaza's controlled parking program will begin on Monday, January 9, 2017.
We have made an important change: The first three hours will be free – rather than the first two hours as originally planned, with no validation required. We have decided to make this change in response to the consistent, thoughtfully-presented requests from many Walnut Creek residents to expand the window of free parking once the program
Employee parking is located on the 5th level of the 5-level Main Street Parking Garage and in the designated area of the 3rd level of the Macy's side of the South Broadway Parking Garage.
All Broadway Plaza employees must register their vehicles with our management staff and receive the appropriate hang tags to enter the parking lots.
