Dance, sweat, and say hello to your Jazzercise instructors, Kris Buchholz and Laurel Hood. Kris has been instructing for over 10 years, just celebrating her 13th! Laurel has been Jazzercising since high school, and became a certified instructor last year. You can catch both Laurel and Kris teaching at Tice Valley Gym in Walnut Creek.
Jazzercise is a complete HIIT workout through cardio, strength training, and stretching. Channel your inner pop diva while we blend modern music with a dance party workout! Bring your mats, weights, and energy as we achieve long, lean muscles and a great mood boost!
