Broadway Plaza has made some changes to the shopping center that has brought the addition of new retail, expanded parking, enhanced pedestrian spaces, and better traffic access. Broadway Plaza is an important resource for the Walnut Creek community, which is why we made the investment to enhance its appeal for local residents, visitors, shoppers and retailers over many years to come.
Over fifty retailers have joined the expanded and completely redeveloped Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, Calif. The center, anchored by Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Macy’s, has finished Phase I of a major renovation that added 215,000 square feet of new space, plus new parking, new finishes and refreshed outdoor amenities. The iconic open-air center has been a dominant retail destination for the East Bay market of San Francisco since 1951.
New stores that have opened in the expanded center include ALDO, Allen Edmonds, Arhaus, Aritzia, Athleta, Aveda, Bath & Body Works, Boudin Bakery, Clarks, Cocola Bakery, ECCO, Eileen Fisher, Everything But Water, Gap, Godiva, Hanna Andersson, H&M, J. Crew, J.Jill, Kendra Scott, Kiehl’s, L’Occitane, Lou & Grey, Lucky Brand Jeans, lululemon athletica, LUSH, Madewell, Michael Kors, Nespresso, NYX Professinal Makeup, Oceane (kiosk), Pandora, Papyrus, See’s Candies, Solstice, Soma, SoulCycle, Starbucks, Tesla, Tommy Bohama, The Walking Company, True Food Kitchen, Victoria’s Secret, Wetzel's Pretzels (kiosk), White House/Black Market and ZARA.
