RETAIL STORE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ~ preferably boutique environment

Requirements:
Proven ability to drive sales within a store environment
Proven success at recruiting, hiring, coaching and counseling staff
Proven success at store operations and inventory management
Expertise in scheduling, human resources and payroll
Ability to develop and execute local marketing promotions to maximize sales
Ability to conduct on-site training at the store level
Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a group of employees to action


Qualifications:
5+ years previous retail experience
Successful track record for high volume business growth and bottom line results
Proven ability to motivate, inspire and lead others
Ability to manage established budgets and financial reporting on time and on budget
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and other current technologies
Superior, attentive and responsive customer service skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Orientation towards a sense of urgency
College degree preferred
