The Concierge at Broadway Plaza is located at 96 Broadway Lane, across from Macy's Women & Home. A Guest Services representative is ready to assist shoppers during all Plaza hours: 10am to 9pm Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm on Saturday, and 11am to 6pm on Sunday. The Concierge offers many services and amenities to our retailers and guests including the Plaza's only Family Restroom and purchases can be made of Broadway Plaza's American Express Gift Cards.

EMPLOYEE PARKING CHANGES

Beginning January 23, employees were directed to park on the 1st & 5th level of the Main Street Parking Garage.  Customer parking is on levels 2 -4 of this garage.   
 
Previously, employees were asked to park on levels 4 & 5.  We have changed this due to the patterns of our customers.  The majority of our customers park in levels 2 – 4.  Historically, the 1st level of the garage has been used for valet parking and deliveries and stays about 50% vacant on most days.    
 
Why did you make this change?
- The first level is often used as a service entrance for large trucks to unload into our retail stores, and is therefore has not been an appealing place for our guests.
- We’ve upgraded each level of parking to ensure access to elevators and more.
- To ensure plenty of easy parking for our guests.  By “nesting” our employees on levels 1 & 5, it gives us more control on our lot and helps us monitor who is parking at Broadway Plaza.
- It allows us more parking for our customers and makes it easier for them to find a place to park without driving around in circles wasting time.
 
Where can I valet my car?
· Valet is still located outside of P.F. Chang’s (7 days per week) & outside of Nordstrom (Thursday through Sunday).  Both are located on Broadway Plaza Street. 
· Valet parking for special events and holidays is located in the surface parking lot, adjacent to Stanford’s Restaurant.
· Valet parking is $7.
 
Where are the Mommy / Daddy & Me spaces?
· The Mommy / Daddy & Me Spaces have been relocated to the surface parking lot adjacent to Stanford’s Restaurant.  There are 2 there.
· In the coming weeks, we will be installing Mommy / Daddy & Me parking near each elevator on Levels 2 – 4 of the Main Street Parking Garage.  There will be a total of 6 spaces.
· There will also be 2 Mommy / Daddy & Me parking spaces in the 1st level of the Nordstrom garage near their shoe entrance.  Look for these in the coming weeks.
 
What parking enhancements have been made to ease the flow of traffic? 
- At the Broadway Plaza North Garage entrance on S. Broadway, we have re-designed the intersection so that there are new & shortened pedestrian crosswalks.  We have also removed the left turn option to avoid congestion and improve traffic flow through this area.
- At the Broadway Plaza South Garage entrance on S. Broadway, we have re-designed the intersection to include a traffic signal that facilitates turns in and out of the garage, and have re-designed the crosswalks to facilitate safe and convenient pedestrian access.
- We’ve re-striped the lane configuration at the Broadway and Newell intersection to improve traffic flow.
